The space was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for socializing in the living room/kitchen area. We loved that the kitchen had lots of dishes and silverware, as well as a dishwasher. It made cooking meals together and spending time at the table so enjoyable! The location was incredibly convenient for access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Being able to walk to these places was a huge plus and made exploring the area so much easier.

There were a few issues with cleanliness and maintenance. We encountered some cobwebs inside and out, and there was a bad odor that was hard to get rid of.

The bathrooms were also clean and well-stocked with towels and toilet paper. The location was super convenient for access to Nye Beach, restaurants, and shopping. We also enjoyed the dog-friendly yard and neighborhood.

I wish the beds had been checked better before our arrival to ensure all slats were in place and in good repair. Additionally, the front screen bar was broken, the back door was difficult to open and close, and the driveway was small, making parking a bit challenging.
